If You Give a Mouse a Cookie...

Students read the book "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie" and "If You Take a Mouse to School" by Laura Numeroff. They were then asked to write their own version of the one of the books. They went through the writing process of making a rough draft, editing, making a final copy, illustrating, and then finally publishing. The students published their books two ways, online and in a hard copy. To place the book online the students' final copy and illustrations were scanned to my computer and then the images were upload to Issuu.
